The story of how I came to be the kind of nutritionist and coach that I am today is a long one! I found myself at an interesting intersection between “wellness culture”, intuitive eating and body wisdom. To help others who struggle with trusting their bodies while managing a chronic illness, I had my story published in Women Eat.
